Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please read before making changes to your booking

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines how cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled for bookings at ANINAG STUDIO. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

Cancellations

The following refund schedule applies based on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled session:

48 hours or moreNo refund. The reservation fee is forfeited.
24 – 48 hoursNo refund. The reservation fee is forfeited.
Less than 24 hoursNo refund. The reservation fee is forfeited.
  • Cancellations must be submitted through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Verbal or informal cancellations are not accepted.
  • Refunds are processed to the same channel used for payment. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take 3–7 business days.
  • ANINAG STUDIO reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, force majeure, etc.). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your session through the link in your confirmation email, subject to slot availability.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated.
  • We allow a maximum of one (1) reschedule per booking. Additional reschedule requests may incur a rescheduling fee or require a new booking.
  • Rescheduling is not a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund of the reservation fee. Your existing reservation fee carries over to the new slot.
  • If a suitable replacement slot is not available, we will offer a full refund of the reservation fee.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for your session without prior notice, the session time is forfeited and no refund will be issued. No-show bookings may affect your ability to make future bookings with us.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Use the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
  • Please include your booking reference code in all communications.
