These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ANINAG STUDIO booking system and studio facilities. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
1. Booking & Reservation
- A booking is not confirmed until we have verified your proof of payment and you have received a written confirmation email from us.
- Submitting a booking places your chosen slot in a temporary soft-hold while we review payment. The slot may be released if payment verification fails.
- You must provide accurate personal information — full name, active email address, and phone number. We reserve the right to cancel any booking made with false or misleading information.
- Bookings are for the client named in the booking form. You may not transfer your booking to another person without notifying us in advance.
2. Payment
- A reservation fee is required to hold your slot. The required amount is displayed during checkout. This fee is separate from the balance due on your session day.
- Payment must be sent to one of our listed payment channels (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer). You must upload a clear proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) as part of your booking submission.
- If the amount paid is less than the required reservation fee, we reserve the right to reject the booking and release the slot.
- The remaining balance (if any) is due on the day of your session, before it begins.
- We do not accept payment via payment card or any channel not listed on our checkout page.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- 48 hours or more before session: No refund. The reservation fee is forfeited.
- 24–48 hours before session: No refund. The reservation fee is forfeited.
- Less than 24 hours before session: No refund. The reservation fee is forfeited.
- Cancellations must be submitted through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Verbal or informal cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds are processed to the same channel used for payment. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take 3–7 business days.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, force majeure, etc.). In such cases a full refund will be issued.
4. Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule via the link in your confirmation email, subject to slot availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
- We allow a maximum of one (1) reschedule per booking. Additional reschedule requests may incur a rescheduling fee or require a new booking.
- Rescheduling is not a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund of the reservation fee.
5. Studio Use & House Rules
- You are responsible for the studio during your session. Please treat the space, equipment, and backdrops with care.
- Any damage to studio property caused during your session will be charged to you at replacement or repair cost.
- Sessions run for the duration of your booked package. Please arrive on time — late arrivals do not extend your session end time.
- The guest count in your booking must not be exceeded. Additional guests may result in session termination without refund.
- Food and drinks are not permitted near lighting equipment or backdrops unless explicitly allowed.
- Smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- You must leave the studio clean and in the condition you found it.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your session without prior notice ("no-show"), the session time is forfeited and no refund will be issued. No-show bookings may affect your ability to make future bookings.
7. Photography & Content
- You retain full ownership of all photos and content you create during your session.
- By booking, you grant ANINAG STUDIO a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use anonymous behind-the-scenes photos (not your personal portraits) for marketing purposes, unless you notify us otherwise.
- You are solely responsible for the content you create. We do not assume any liability for content produced in the studio.
8. Liability
- ANINAG STUDIO is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal property during your session. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking.
- We are not responsible for technical issues (equipment malfunctions, power outages) beyond our reasonable control. In such cases we will offer a reschedule or partial refund at our discretion.
9. Acceptance of House Rules
During checkout you are required to confirm that you have read and accept our house rules and this cancellation policy. Completing a booking constitutes agreement to these Terms in full.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Updates are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
